PROBLEM: The outdoor unit's noisy operation posed a challenge  for our customer's home office environment. Moreover, spatial constraints limited options for relocating the unit, potentially obstructing walkways and impeding the serviceability of adjacent ductless units.

SOLUTION: To address the noise pollution and spatial limitations, ECI proposed a comprehensive solution involving the replacement of the coil and condenser with a Daikin Fit air conditioner.  The outdoor unit could then be repositioned on the ground level adjacent to the existing Mitsubishi Electric unit, ensuring quieter operation without compromising serviceability.

PROBLEM: Our customers in Moorestown, New Jersey were looking to install central air in their beautiful older home and get rid of their window air conditioner units. They were also looking to address hot and cold spots that they experienced with their existing steam boiler radiator system.

SOLUTION: ECI Comfort installed two Unico High Velocity central air systems paired with two outdoor Bosch Inverter Heat Pumps. These systems will provide comfortable, quiet air conditioning along with backup heat to supplement their existing boiler system.
