Proactive Ruud HVAC Replacement with Whole-Home Air Cleaning

THE PROBLEM: A summer air-conditioning breakdown raised concerns about the homeowners’ aging heating and cooling system. An oversized furnace and concerns about airborne dust added to their reasons for planning a replacement before another seasonal emergency.

THE SOLUTION: A new Ruud furnace, indoor coil, and outdoor condenser replaced the aging equipment, with furnace sizing selected to better match the home’s heating needs. A Dynamic Air Quality Solutions whole-home air cleaner added enhanced particle filtration to address the family’s indoor-air-quality priorities.
