- How it Works: As a will-call customer, you can place orders through our online store or by phone whenever you require an oil delivery.
- Delivery Time: You can expect your oil delivery within 3 days of your purchase.
- Benefits: Our most discounted pricing, with online coupons available often. Order when you need oil so that you always know when a delivery/payment is approaching.

No Contract Required
Automatic Delivery
Automatic Delivery takes the hassle out of monitoring your oil levels and ordering refills. Here's what you need to know:
- How it Works: We monitor your oil usage and automatically schedule deliveries when your tank needs refilling, even without a service contract.
- Benefits: No need to call in orders or worry about running out of oil. Payments are automatic, providing additional discounts.

Lock In Your Price
Prepay Program
Our Prepay Program allows you to secure your heating oil price for the season. Here's how it works:
- How it Works: Choose your desired number of gallons (minimum 500) that you will use from September through April and make a one-time, upfront payment at the lock-in price.
- Benefits: The price remains fixed throughout the season, regardless of market fluctuations. No surprises at the pump. Automatic deliveries ensure you never run out of oil.
- Other notes: Additional payment discounts do not apply. Cutoff to sign up is November 1 of each year.

Budget Program
Our Budget Program eases the burden of high winter fuel bills and offers predictable monthly payments:
- Starting Time: Budget plans start mid-summer, typically in June.
- Payment Estimation: We estimate your payments based on your past usage and current oil prices.
- Benefits: Payments are spread over 10 or 11 months, allowing you to plan your budget. Automatic deliveries ensure you never run out of oil.
- Payment Options: Choose between automatic payments from your credit card or bank account, and enjoy discounts per gallon.

Price Cap Budget Program
With the Price Cap Budget Program, you get the best of both worlds - budget-friendly payments with automatic deliveries, and price protection:
- Price Cap: We determine a capped price for the year based on market prices.
- Payment Estimation: We estimate your payments based on your past usage and the predetermined capped price.
- Price Protection: A nominal monthly protection fee guarantees you'll never pay a higher price per gallon, even if market prices rise.
- Price Flexibility: If market prices decrease, your price will also decrease, giving you peace of mind.
Other notes: Additional payment discounts do not apply. Capped price changes each year in May before new budgets begin in June.
