Problem: New homeowners in Rydal, PA, faced the challenge of combating the intense Summer heat and humidity in their historic colonial home, built in 1825. The lack of an existing cooling system and ductwork made it difficult to maintain a comfortable indoor environment.

PROBLEM: Our customers struggled with their daughter's second-floor bedroom, which never maintained a comfortable temperature despite the existence of a central heating and air conditioning system.

SOLUTION: A Mitsubishi Electric ductless air conditioning system was installed in the bedroom, providing targeted temperature control and eliminating the need for a noisy window unit.

PROBLEM: The outdoor unit's noisy operation posed a challenge  for our customer's home office environment. Moreover, spatial constraints limited options for relocating the unit, potentially obstructing walkways and impeding the serviceability of adjacent ductless units.

SOLUTION: To address the noise pollution and spatial limitations, ECI proposed a comprehensive solution involving the replacement of the coil and condenser with a Daikin Fit air conditioner.  The outdoor unit could then be repositioned on the ground level adjacent to the existing Mitsubishi Electric unit, ensuring quieter operation without compromising serviceability.

PROBLEM: Our customer struggled with a noisy and inconsistent Unico High-Velocity system for years, making her home in Merion Station uncomfortable despite multiple attempts by different contractors to fix it.

SOLUTION: Upon a recommendation, Lan called ECI. We identified and corrected an installation error, transforming her system into a quiet and efficient source of comfort.
