PROBLEM: The Bennetts' historic New Hope home lacked ductwork, a basement, and an attic. They didn’t want to sacrifice valuable space to install ductwork, nor did they want to alter the home’s original aesthetic.

SOLUTION: ECI Comfort installed a customized multi-zone Mitsubishi Electric Ductless Mini-Split system, designed to meet the unique heating and cooling needs of each room. The Bennett family selected different setups for each space to ensure maximum comfort while preserving the home’s design.

PROBLEM: Our neighborhood homeowners, Joe & Sandy, have spent many years in their home without central AC. After relying on fans and two through-the-wall AC units, they finally gave up. As summers keep getting hotter, a change needed to be made!

SOLUTION: ECI Comfort installed two Mitsubishi Ductless Mini-Split systems, one for the left side of the house and one for the right side. This will finally provide Joe & Sandy with the comfort they deserve!

PROBLEM: Our customer's property along the Delaware River lacked a proper AC solution to deal with high humidity levels, but the log cabin construction made it challenging to install a conventional air conditioning system.

SOLUTION: ECI Comfort installed a four-zone ductless Mitsubishi Electric Heating and Air Conditioning System to provide efficient cooling and reduced humidity levels across the cabin.

PROBLEM: Our customer was ready to replace his decades-old air conditioner and gas furnace. The outdoor unit was too loud, the indoor unit was hard to maintain, and the system failed to distribute consistent temperatures throughout the home.

SOLUTION: ECI installed a Daikin Fit variable-speed, high-efficiency air conditoner paired with a two-stage, variable-speed gas furnace. Our customer can now enjoy a quiet outdoor living space and a more comfortable indoor environment.

PROBLEM: Upon moving into their new office in one of Yardley's historic buildings, Milestone Behavioral Health encountered problems with their air conditioning system. The existing high-velocity system was installed improperly, with several shortcuts leading to uneven airflow and overall discomfort.

SOLUTION: ECI Comfort expertly installed two high-velocity systems. This involved upgrading the trunk from seven inches to nine inches, adding 10 outlets, and adding insulation. As a result, the system now operates quietly, provides even cooling, and significantly improves dehumidification throughout the entire building.

PROBLEM: Our homeowners' existing boiler was a bit over 40 years old, installed by one of their parents! They were worried about when their boiler's last day would be, so they started planning ahead.

PROBLEM: Our customer in Holland, Pa. was experiencing issues with her air conditioner which ended up needing repairs. However, both her air conditioner and oil heater were getting older, which posed the question of repair versus replacement. 

SOLUTION: ECI installed a Daikin Fit Inverter Heat Pump system, providing an all-in-one solution to replace her AC and heating systems. This new system and smart thermostat will ensure efficient heating and cooling year-round while saving our customer money.

PROBLEM: Our homeowners had an air conditioner and gas furnace system that was over 20 years old. The units were both loud and inefficient, creating a disturbance in their home and holes in their wallets. 
SOLUTION: Devin and Colin reached out to us after seeing our office in their neighborhood. ECI  Comfort installed a brand new 97% efficient gas boiler, a Daikin FIT system, and a brand new Wi-Fi smart thermostat for them with the help of financing, tax credits, and rebates.
