PROBLEM: Our Bensalem, PA homeowners, Eileen and Tom, have spent far too long living without central air conditioning. In their beautiful home, an oil boiler with baseboard radiators keeps them warm in the colder climate, but window AC units have become rattling nightmares. Time for a comfort change!

SOLUTION: ECI Comfort installed a three-zone system, with two SEZ horizontal ducted units, paired with a high-wall mounted ductless unit. This combination provides air conditioning to the second and first floor, as well as a supplemental heat source to keep down energy costs in the colder months! 

PROBLEM: Our homeowners had a pipe burst after it froze on a cold day. The old boiler in this Bensalem rental home was also very old and starting to leak. 

SOLUTION: ECI Comfort prioritized the burst pipe then replaced the failing boiler with a new energy-efficient model that cuts the property’s energy bills significantly.

PROBLEM: During a routine tune-up, this Bensalem church found out their heater had a cracked heat exchanger and a possible carbon monoxide leak. 

SOLUTION: ECI Comfort replaced the furnace with the dangerous cracked heat exchange with a new system in just two days so that services would not be interrupted.

Problem: A Bensalem homeowner was tired of his heating expenses skyrocketing in the winter. And, his home didn’t have central air. 

Solution: Replaced electric baseboard heaters and window air conditioners with a Mitsubishi mini split for heating and cooling.

Problem: A family in the historic Eddington neighborhood of Bensalem needed to replace their 25-year-old oil-fired furnace. It had a cracked heat exchanger. 

Solution: The family took the opportunity to streamline their heating sources. By switching to a gas furnace, they could use propane for their home heating and appliances.

PROBLEM: Our customer had an old boiler that was leaking and needed replacement.  The Weil-McLain cast iron, three-section boiler with a tankless coil had developed a leak, and they called ECI, who also provides their home oil service, to recommend a replacement boiler that would be cost-effective and could be put in as soon as possible.

SOLUTION: ECI recommended a Burnham cast iron boiler with a domestic tankless coil, based on its economical price point and the availability of installation  immediately.
