PROBLEM: Our long-time customer was ready to replace his high-velocity air conditioning system that we installed 20 years ago. The AC still worked, but it did not provide the efficiency, zoning, and quiet comfort that he was looking for.
SOLUTION: ECI installed a zoned high-velocity system with an inverter Bosch heat pump. The new system will provide both heating and cooling to three different zones throughout the home, ensuring even temperature control and energy savings. The quieter heat pump will not only enhance comfort but also contribute to significant oil savings for our customer.
PROBLEM: Our homeowner, Daniel, had a Carrier air conditioner that was getting old. He was looking for newer, more efficient models to replace both his AC and gas furnace.
SOLUTION: ECI installed a high-efficiency system that includes a Daikin Fit air conditioner, Daikin gas furnace, and Daikin OneTouch thermostat. Daniel can now enjoy benefits such as quiet operation, lower energy bills, and consistent temperatures.

PROBLEM: Our local Penndel homeowners had a 60-year-old inefficient and outdated system that has encountered lots of work over the years. They were ready for a replacement but worried about their options.
SOLUTION: After winning the March Sadness giveaway, ECI installed a brand new Trane XR14 heat pump for year-round comfort. The heat pump will provide them with cooling comfort in the summer and will act as a backup heat source in the winter.
PROBLEM: Our homeowners were looking to remove their oil boiler and steam system that was skyrocketing their energy bills and upgrade to a new HVAC system that will keep their bills low and their comfort high.
SOLUTION: ECI Comfort upgraded these homeowners to a Trane XV20i Variable Speed Heat Pump system to replace the oil heater and steam radiators. This will help them go green with electric and move away from oil heat.
PROBLEM Our homeowner, a frontline worker during the COVID-19 pandemic, wanted an indoor air quality system to protect his family.
SOLUTION: ECI installed an Air Scrubber by Aerus, which destroys microorganisms in the air and on surfaces throughout the home.
PROBLEM: These homeowners struggled with bad allergies and asthma due to dry and dusty air from their forced hot air furnace. This lead them to installing an expensive boiler and radiant floor system to avoid using the furnace, which then stopped working.
SOLUTION: After an initial sale of a new boiler to try and fix the radiator heat issue, ECI changed course to implement an Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) package to the existing and functioning ducted furnace.
PROBLEM: Homeowners in Pennsauken, NJ wanted a better cooling system, but their home did not have ductwork.
SOLUTION: Installing a seven-zone Mitsubishi ductless air conditioning mini split system. It uses a heat pump and seven air handlers to treat the first floor, bedrooms, and office.
