Service Agreement

What's included (one visit per year):

✓ Annual comprehensive tune-up: Cleaning and inspection of all necessary components.

✓ Waived diagnostic fees during regular hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm).

✓ Priority scheduling.

✓ 15% discount on parts and labor.

✓ All work to be done during regular hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm).

✓ Tune-up includes:

• Check/adjust: proper voltage, temperature drop across

coil, pulleys and belts, contacts and relays, safety of

system, proper refrigerant, electrical connections, blower

assembly, motors, vibration noise, condensate pump, indoor

coil (clean at additional charge), condensate drain, visible

leaks, standard thermostat.

• Lubricate all moving parts.

• Clean filters (replace at additional charge).

• Clean condenser coil.

*Humidifiers, electronic air cleaners, UV systems, programmable thermostats, all types of dampers, and other accessories are not included unless otherwise stated.*

Annual investment of $210 + tax

Ductless

Service Agreement

What's included (one visit per year):

✓ Tune-up includes:

• Check: proper voltage, temperature drop across coil,

contacts and relays, safety of system, proper refrigerant

charge, electrical connections, blower assembly, motors,

vibration noise, condensate pump, indoor coil (clean at

additional charge), condensate drain, visible leaks. Clean

filters (replace at additional charge).

• Clean condenser coil.

*Heat Pump systems are an additional $85 trip charge for the second annual cleaning if requested.

Annual investment of $174 (for one indoor/one indoor unit). Extra $55 for each additional unit + tax

Gas Furnace

Service Agreement

✓ Tune-up includes:

• Check/adjust: operation of safety limit controls, gas

piping to boiler, thermostat operation, burner assembly

input, automatic gas valve operation, wiring connections,

manifold gas pressure, pressure switches & vent blower,

any elevated carbon monoxide levels, pilot light, flame

rectification, combustion ventilation air adequacy, and draft

hood.

• Inspect burner and clean if required.

• Examine vent connector and inspect venting system.

• Clean equipment exterior.

• Measure stack (flue) temperature.

80% Heater: Annual investment of $200

90% Heater: Annual investment of $225

Gas Boiler

Service Agreement

Heat Pump

✓ Waived diagnostic fees during regular hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm).

✓ Priority scheduling.

✓ 15% discount on parts and labor.

✓ All work to be done during regular hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm).

✓ Tune-up includes:

• Check: thermostat operation, fan relay contacts, blower

operation, belts, high and low pressure switches, all wiring

connections, system operation pressures, emergency

auxiliary heat, expansion valve, evaporator, condenser coil,

compressor amperage, drain line and condensate pump,

any sediment from condensate line, reversing valve

operation, defrost control and operation, refrigerant level.

• Level and calibrate thermostat if necessary.

• Lubricate fan motor and bearings if necessary.

• Clean motor and fan if necessary.

• Identify AC electrical circuit on panel.

*Adding/adjusting refrigerant and repairing refrigerant leaks are not part of this preventative maintenance plan.*

Humidifier

Service Agreement

What's included (one visits per year):

✓ All work to be done during regular hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm).

✓ Tune-up includes:

• Turn on the humidistat and test humidifier.

• Replace humidifier pad.

• Clean humidifier reservoir

• Check solenoid valves.

• Check the interlock to the fan

• Clear and test drain operation

• Check humidistat operation

• Check the humidifier fan.
