PROBLEM: Our homeowners in Doylestown were searching for a new heating system that would look nicer than their current cast-iron radiators. With their old home's design and recent renovations, they were looking to stick to heating through radiators.
SOLUTION: ECI Comfort installed a heat pump and Runtal Radiators on the second and third floors of the home and in their enclosed porch to provide year-round heat and comfort while maintaining each room's aesthetic.
PROBLEM: These homeowners were tired of installing window units, so they called ECI looking to get a high velocity system installed. This was perfect for the main house, but there wasn't a great way to tie it in to the addition. They also weren't big fans of the look of ductless splits.
SOLUTION: ECI Comfort installed a high velocity system in the main house and a two-zone ductless mini-split system for the addition. Both of the ductless units were blended in with their surroundings to minimize any interruption with the home's aesthetic.
PROBLEM: Owners of a Doylestown, Pa. cabin were paying too much for electric radiant heat and were using window units for AC every summer.
SOLUTION: ECI Comfort installed a zoned Mitsubishi Ductless Split Heat Pump Inverter system.
PROBLEM: A bookstore in an old Victorian building needed cooling. But, it wasn’t set up for central air conditioning.
SOLUTION: ECI Comfort installed a ductless mini-split for air conditioning. It takes up very little room and is whisper-quiet.
PROBLEM: Our homeowners had a leaking boiler, and they also were always running out of hot water. With three girls and one more on the way, they knew having enough hot water was a problem that was only going to get worse over time!
SOLUTION: We replaced the old boiler with a Biasi B4-10 cast iron high-efficiency oil boiler with a 40 gallon Heat Flow Indirect water tank. This means not only with their heating problems be solved, but they will have unlimited hot water, something that will make them happy for years to come!
