Throwback Thursday: Cooling An Old City, Philadelphia Row Home With Ductless Air Conditioning

Problem: This row home, built in the 1920's in Old City has a gas-fired water boiler and cast iron radiators for heat, but no central air at all. This means relying on bulky window air conditioners that are a pain to install and take down.

Solution: ECI installed Mitsubishi ducted and ductless mini-split systems. These system doesn't need ductwork to add both air conditioning and heat, so it's a perfect way to solve heating and cooling problems in older homes that lack the extra space for ductwork.
