At ECI Comfort, we offer several different options when it comes to heating oil delivery and service plans. We want to give our customers that options that best fit their needs. Check out our delivery options, service plan options, and budget plan details below.
Delivery Options
Automatic delivery
Automatic oil delivery with ECI Comfort is a one-year agreement authorizing us to deliver your oil on our projected schedule. By monitoring your oil usage, what you use your oil for, the temperature outside, and other factors, we can accurately estimate when you need a delivery and how much you need. You will not have to worry about calling in to order and you will always have peace of mind. Each time we deliver, we will fill the tank to ensure that we can accurately project the next delivery.
The auto-delivery pricing is slightly higher than the will-call pricing being that we maintain everything for you on our end. Payments will be automatically deducted from a credit card or bank account - whatever you prefer. With credit card payments, you will receive an instantaneous $0.06/gallon discount on every order. With bank account payments, you will receive a $0.12/gallon discount on every order. Your payments are processed through a secure, third-party platform where we do not have access to your information.

This plan is ideal for those who don't want to worry about monitoring their own oil usage.
Will-call/COD
Will-call/COD (cash on delivery) is the simplest form of heating oil delivery. Whenever you need oil from us, you can call the office or order online at our My Express Oil site. With this option, you will monitor your own oil usage. This is our most discounted oil pricing and there are no contracts or agreements involved. Will-call ordering allows to pay for your delivery online when you order. If you order a certain number of gallons and your tank takes less, we automatically credit you back the difference. You also have the option to pay with cash or check at the time of the delivery if need be. Paying with a card online/over the phone does not incur any extra fees/charges on your end.
This option is ideal for those who can monitor their own oil and who want the most discounted prices.
Service Plan Options
Comfort plan
The Comfort Plan is our "red carpet" plan. It is a one-year, full-service agreement including: your annual heater tune-up and safety inspection, tune-up reminders, priority scheduling, waived service/diagnostic fees, 24/7 emergency service, and comprehensive parts and labor coverage. With this long list of parts coverage and the high prices associated with many repairs, just one free repair will likely make your money back on the annual plan investment. See covered parts below. This plan covers up to five zones.
With this plan, you are required to be on automatic delivery. As stated above, we will monitor your oil usage and come out to fill your tank without you having to call in. This also includes our No Run-Out Guarantee (ask for details when you sign up). The annual investment for the plan is $389.95 + tax, plus the auto-delivery pricing for each order. Like the regular automatic delivery option, payments will be deducted automatically from a credit card or bank account. This plan is ideal for those who want year-round peace of mind when it comes to service and oil delivery.
Express plan
The Express Plan is our discounted maintenance agreement. It covers your annual heater tune-up and safety inspection, gives you tune-up reminders, and gives you priority scheduling. Under the Express Plan, service fees are waived during regular business hours (M-F, 8am-5pm) and one service fee is waived after hours. You also receive a 15% discount on any repairs.
With this plan, you have three oil delivery options: COD ordering from our My Express Oil site, automatic delivery (see details under Delivery Options), or ordering oil from any company you choose. Please note that repairs due to oil run-out for non-automatic delivery customers will be billed at full price. The annual investment for this plan is $259.95 + tax, plus oil pricing depending on what you choose. Budget Payment Plan
A budget plan is a solution that allows you to pay for your deliveries over time and never worry about running out of oil. Budgets work like a layaway system where you make monthly payments which are used towards your oil deliveries. Even if there is currently unused money in your account, you will still continue to pay on a monthly basis. This provides us with a "layaway" to use eliminate large bills during peak heating season. Budget customers have their fuel delivered on an automatic delivery basis, eliminating any stress of running low on oil. We will fill your tank with each delivery. By filling the tank, we can accurately monitor your usage and estimate when you need your next delivery.
Payments are deducted on the same day each month, and monthly payments are subject to change based on varying factors. Payments will be automatically deducted from a credit card or bank account - whatever you prefer. With credit card payments, you will receive an $0.06/gallon discount on every order. With bank account payments, you will receive a $0.12/gallon discount on every order.
