PROBLEM: The 20-year-old air conditioner in a Queen Village rowhome needed replacement. Our homeowners wanted to upgrade their high velocity system.
SOLUTION: ECI Comfort installed a Unico high velocity air conditioning system. This required careful work, including coordination with the electric company, to get the new unit onto a second-story platform.
PROBLEM: A property manager in Glenside, Pa., was in the process of rehabilitating an older home. One of his primary goals was to add air conditioning, but the absence of ductwork presented a significant challenge. Installing traditional ductwork would have been costly and would have compromised the aesthetics of the home.

Problem: New homeowners in Rydal, PA, faced the challenge of combating the intense Summer heat and humidity in their historic colonial home, built in 1825. The lack of an existing cooling system and ductwork made it difficult to maintain a comfortable indoor environment.
PROBLEM: Our customer struggled with a noisy and inconsistent Unico High-Velocity system for years, making her home in Merion Station uncomfortable despite multiple attempts by different contractors to fix it.
SOLUTION: Upon a recommendation, Lan called ECI. We identified and corrected an installation error, transforming her system into a quiet and efficient source of comfort.

The new system will provide both heating and cooling to three different zones throughout the home, ensuring even temperature control and energy savings.
