PROBLEM: The Ramirez family of Levittown had an original oil boiler that went up in smoke and flames, covering their home with soot this winter after years of needing to be replaced. They were entered into our March Sadness tournament by their friend for a chance to receive a brand new HVAC system, but ended up being one of the runner-ups. 

SOLUTION: ECI Comfort, with the help of Trane, installed a brand new Trane XR16 heat pump with one outdoor unit and one air handler in the attic for the Ramirez family for free so they could live comfortably in the winter without any worries. 

PROBLEM: Our homeowner was ready to upgrade her HVAC system but felt stuck due to the infrastructure of her rowhome in South Philadelphia.

SOLUTION: ECI Comfort installed two Mitsubishi Electric Heating and Cooling Systems totaling six indoor zones. This combination system satisfied Jesse's requirements of zoned control, precise comfort, and efficiency.

PROBLEM: Our homeowner, Alex, recently purchased this charming new Chestnut Hill home. It needed some updating, which was to be done while maintaining its historic value. But the biggest issue in an older home like this is the lack of air conditioning -- something Alex and his family were not going to live without. 

SOLUTION: ECI Comfort installed a Unico High Velocity system with a Bosch Heat Pump Inverter and Green Series Air Handler. This system will provide even and comfortable temperatures through each room, drastically reduce humidity, and create the perfect comfort solution, while minimizing any changes to the interior! 

PROBLEM: Owners of a Doylestown, Pa. cabin were paying too much for electric radiant heat and were using window units for AC every summer.

SOLUTION: ECI Comfort installed a zoned Mitsubishi Ductless Split Heat Pump Inverter system.

PROBLEM: John's older stone home used window AC units and radiators for heat, but he wanted an entirely new HVAC system that would be more efficient and easier to maintain.

SOLUTION: ECI Comfort installed a hybrid multi-zone, Unico High-Velocity system and Trane heat pump.

PROBLEM: These homeowners did not want to go through another summer using window and wall AC units. But they also did not want to disrupt the elegance of their beautiful 1915 Trinity home with mini-splits. Moreover, they did not want to give up precious space to install ductwork.

SOLUTION: ECI Comfort installed a high velocity system for cooling the entire home, and a heat pump to provide warmth during the milder seasons. Brad and Jared were able to get comfortable cooling and heating without paying astronomical bills or altering the home's aesthetic.

PROBLEM: Homeowners in Ardmore Park, Pa. wanted central air, but their home didn’t have ductwork. They didn’t want to add ducts and soffits. 

SOLUTION: ECI Comfort installed a Mitsubishi ductless air conditioning mini-split system. It uses a heat pump and four air handlers to treat the first floor, bedrooms, and third floor.

PROBLEM: Having recently moved into this home with no air conditioning, the homeowners were looking for an affordable way to cool the second floor's two bedrooms/600 square feet with no ductwork. 

SOLUTION: Our technicians installed a Mitsubishi air handler in the attic with short ducted runs to outlets in the bedrooms and bathrooms. And, as a bonus, the system provides supplemental heating.
