Perfect Heating and Cooling in a New All Seasons Room

Problem: A new all-seasons room needed heating and cooling. The homeowners wanted an effective and energy-efficient system.

Solution: Installed a Mitsubishi ductless mini split with two air handlers mounted to the home’s exterior wall and two heat pumps hidden behind a retaining wall.

Northern Liberties Condo Needs a New Furnace

PROBLEM: These homeowners were having problems with their heating system. Upon inspection, we found that the old Lennox Gas Furnace had a cracked heat exchanger.

SOLUTION: ECI Comfort replaced the old system with a new 80% efficiency Carrier Gas furnace and added a new gas water heater.
