"All of the workers who installed my ductless AC/heating units were amazing. They communicated throughout the whole process to keep me in the loop. They were professional and responsive to all my questions and were hard workers. I was given an estimate of a 4-day install and they finished early, which I'm thankful for with the recent heatwave. I'm so happy I chose ECI. I looked into 2 other companies, both of which couldn't even give me an appointment for an estimate for several weeks, let alone get the install started.
