PROBLEM: These homeowners struggled with bad allergies and asthma due to dry and dusty air from their forced hot air furnace. This lead them to installing an expensive boiler and radiant floor system to avoid using the furnace, which then stopped working.
SOLUTION: After an initial sale of a new boiler to try and fix the radiator heat issue, ECI changed course to implement an Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) package to the existing and functioning ducted furnace.

PROBLEM: These homeowners did not want to go through another summer using window and wall AC units. But they also did not want to disrupt the elegance of their beautiful 1915 Trinity home with mini-splits. Moreover, they did not want to give up precious space to install ductwork.
SOLUTION: ECI Comfort installed a high velocity system for cooling the entire home, and a heat pump to provide warmth during the milder seasons. Brad and Jared were able to get comfortable cooling and heating without paying astronomical bills or altering the home's aesthetic.

PROBLEM: This homeowner was tired of the summer heat taking over her home, but it was too much of a pain to continuously install window AC units every year. Not only was the installation process burdensome, but the inefficiency and "window-rattling" were becoming too much of a nuisance. Time for an upgrade!
SOLUTION: ECI Comfort installed a Mitsubishi Ductless Mini-Split system. This system doesn't require ductwork to add both air conditioning and supplemental heat, so it's a great way to solve heating and cooling problems in older homes that lack the extra space for ductwork. For South Philly rowhomes, ductless AC is the perfect match.

PROBLEM: This Cape Cod-style home built in 1953 had existing ductwork for central air and heat, but certain rooms experienced uneven temperatures, resulting in discomfort. Two second floor bedrooms already had Mitsubishi Hyper-Heat ductless systems to combat the home's issues, but a third room was experiencing similar issues.
SOLUTION: ECI Comfort installed a single-zone Mitsubishi Hyper-Heat ductless system in the first floor office and guest bedroom. This room does not heat up or cool as well as the rest of the house, so this ductless unit will provide the perfect solution to create comfort in the home.
