SOLUTION: To address the noise pollution and spatial limitations, ECI proposed a comprehensive solution involving the replacement of the coil and condenser with a Daikin Fit air conditioner.  The outdoor unit could then be repositioned on the ground level adjacent to the existing Mitsubishi Electric unit, ensuring quieter operation without compromising serviceability.
