PROBLEM:  Our homeowners were ready to upgrade their Levittown heating and cooling system after too many uncomfortable summers in a house that was never cool enough.  They were tired of using window AC units and knew it was time to make the switch. 

SOLUTION: ECI Comfort upgraded their home with a Mitsubishi Electric Heating and Air Conditioning system using a combination of ductless and ducted units. The new heat pump system will replace their window AC units, but also enhance their heating system. 

PROBLEM: Our customer, Jesse, was experiencing ductwork and airflow issues in his Philadelphia rowhome. After having another company out and realizing that the problem wasn't fixed, he reached out to ECI to find a new comfort solution.

SOLUTION: ECI Comfort installed two Mitsubishi Electric Heating and Cooling Systems totaling six indoor zones. This combination system satisfied Jesse's requirements of zoned control, precise comfort, and efficiency.

PROBLEM: Our homeowners were tired of putting in their bulky window units in the summer just to feel minimal relief from the heat. They also wanted a second heat source to supplement their boiler. 

SOLUTION: After winning the March Sadness giveaway, ECI installed a brand new Mitsubishi ductless system. The mini-splits will provide them cooling comfort in the summer and will act as a backup heat source in the winter.

PROBLEM: The air conditioning units outside Fairmount Rowing Association along Boathouse Row, Philadelphia were damaged during Hurricane Ida's massive flooding. As a result, the boathouse was left with no AC and therefore needed a new solution for their cooling needs.

SOLUTION: ECI Comfort replaced the five indoor ductless air handlers with brand new Mitsubishi ductless models. The five new outdoor units were relocated to the opposite side of the building where flooding is less likely. They were also mounted high on the wall instead of the ground so that they will not be reached in the event of another flood.

PROBLEM: Our homeowner in Yardley was putting an addition on the back of his house and basement with a contractor we have previously worked with. The rest of the house has a ducted heating and cooling system, but the new space was left unconditioned, meaning he needed a heating and cooling solution for these two new zones.

SOLUTION: ECI Comfort installed a Mitsubishi Ductless Hyper-Heat Mini-Split system. This system doesn't require ductwork to add both air conditioning and heating, so it's the perfect way to solve heating and cooling problems in a space without an existing system. Plus, it provides additional zones for spaces that have different comfort needs.

PROBLEM: Our homeowners, Katherine and Patrick, recently purchased a beautiful University City twin-home in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As with most old Philadelphia homes, they are designed with boiler & radiator heat - meaning no air conditioning! These homes bake in the summer heat, making them extremely uncomfortable. Tired of window units, they were ready for a permanent fix. 

SOLUTION: ECI Comfort installed a Mitsubishi Ductless Mini-Split system. This system doesn't require ductwork to add both air conditioning and supplemental heat, so it's a great way to solve heating and cooling problems in older homes that lack the extra space for ductwork. PROBLEM: Our neighborhood homeowners, Joe & Sandy, have spent many years in their home without central AC. After relying on fans and two through-the-wall AC units, they finally gave up. As summers keep getting hotter, a change needed to be made!

PROBLEM: Danny and his family were presented with a problem after purchasing their home a few years ago: an older HVAC system that never quite got the job done. After a few years of constant issues -- finally capped off by a dead system -- they were stuck in the heat of the Summer with no way to cool their home. Their heat pump system was also their main heat source, so looking ahead to Winter caused urgency as well. Enter the debate of fix, replace, or re-invent...was it time for ductless heating and cooling? 

SOLUTION: ECI Comfort installed a multi-zone Mitsubishi Hyper-Heat Ductless Mini-Split heating and cooling system. With equipment delays becoming the norm, we also installed temporary window & portable AC units to provide the homeowners with relief from the extreme heatwave while we worked to get our equipment in and begin the installation.

PROBLEM: These homeowners were tired of installing window units, so they called ECI looking to get a high velocity system installed. This was perfect for the main house, but there wasn't a great way to tie it in to the addition. They also weren't big fans of the look of ductless splits.

SOLUTION: ECI Comfort installed a high velocity system in the main house and a two-zone ductless mini-split system for the addition. Both of the ductless units were blended in with their surroundings to minimize any interruption with the home's aesthetic.

PROBLEM:  New homeowners, Ted and Carrie, reached out to ECI during their settlement process on an old Philadelphia rowhome. The rowhome was equipped with cast-iron radiators for heat and window units for AC. Ted and Carrie were looking for a more permanent solution for their new home. Concerned about space and noise, they reached out to ECI about ductless mini-splits.

SOLUTION: ECI Comfort installed a four-zone Mitsubishi Ductless system.  This multi-zone system was installed across three stories and provides both heating and cooling. This provided a permanent solution for their forever home and eliminated the need for those noisy window units.
