SOLUTION: ECI installed two Unico High-Velocity systems to cover all three floors, as well as a Mitsubishi Electric Ductless Heat Pump for the enclosed porch. Our homeowner can now enjoy precise temperature control and whole-home comfort every day of the year.

PROBLEM: Our customers in Moorestown, New Jersey were looking to install central air in their beautiful older home and get rid of their window air conditioner units. They were also looking to address hot and cold spots that they experienced with their existing steam boiler radiator system.
SOLUTION: ECI Comfort installed two Unico High Velocity central air systems paired with two outdoor Bosch Inverter Heat Pumps. These systems will provide comfortable, quiet air conditioning along with backup heat to supplement their existing boiler system.
PROBLEM: Our customer, Jesse, was experiencing ductwork and airflow issues in his Philadelphia rowhome. After having another company out and realizing that the problem wasn't fixed, he reached out to ECI to find a new comfort solution.
SOLUTION: ECI Comfort installed two Mitsubishi Electric Heating and Cooling Systems totaling six indoor zones. This combination system satisfied Jesse's requirements of zoned control, precise comfort, and efficiency.
PROBLEM: After a mandate was passed to stop the production of R-22, Family Service in Langhorne was ready to upgrade their Trane units. Although they served them well for 20 years, repairs were becoming more difficult and expensive.
SOLUTION: ECI replaced four of their rooftop units with packaged air conditioning and heat Trane units again, but this time using a newer, more efficient model.
PROBLEM: ECI installed a Peerless boiler system 22 years ago for Mr. Moppert. While it functioned properly all those years, it was finally time for an upgrade. Mr. Moppert started hearing some loud sounds coming from the unit and gave ECI a call to get an up-to-date system.
SOLUTION: ECI Comfort installed a Lochinvar Knight 95% gas-fired, hot-water heating boiler. This included a new Lochinvar indirect 80-gallon water heater and a new Lochinvar 30-gallon buffer tank.
PROBLEM: Our homeowners were tired of putting in their bulky window units in the summer just to feel minimal relief from the heat. They also wanted a second heat source to supplement their boiler.
SOLUTION: After winning the March Sadness giveaway, ECI installed a brand new Mitsubishi ductless system. The mini-splits will provide them cooling comfort in the summer and will act as a backup heat source in the winter.
PROBLEM: While John Fezzuoglio and his family were renovating and redesigning their entire home, they decided it was the perfect time for upgrading their cooling system. Not wanting to sacrifice their dream aesthetics for comfort, we were challenged with designing a non-intrusive HVAC system.
SOLUTION: ECI Comfort installed a Unico Small-Duct High Velocity system in combination with Mitsubishi SEZ Small-Duct Mini-Splits. These systems take up much less space than traditional ductwork, provide extreme cooling comfort, and are both efficient and quiet.
PROBLEM: The air conditioning units outside Fairmount Rowing Association along Boathouse Row, Philadelphia were damaged during Hurricane Ida's massive flooding. As a result, the boathouse was left with no AC and therefore needed a new solution for their cooling needs.
SOLUTION: ECI Comfort replaced the five indoor ductless air handlers with brand new Mitsubishi ductless models. The five new outdoor units were relocated to the opposite side of the building where flooding is less likely. They were also mounted high on the wall instead of the ground so that they will not be reached in the event of another flood.
