Hurricane Joaquin is gaining strength, and the east coast is taking cover.  Right now, Joaquin is a category 3 hurricane and is projected to reach a category 4 by Thursday with heavy rain and flooding likely starting Friday.  Flash flood watches are posted for 1,000 miles from North Carolina to the South of Maine.  Joaquin is said to bring more torrential downpour than Sandy. Converted: a Single Family Warehouse in Northern Liberties

Before the gourmet coffee shops and cupcake boutiques in Northern Liberties, there were fabric warehouses, syrup making factories and auto-repair shops doubling as skate parks --and that was just the many lives of the converted warehouse Lydia Hernandez, Angel Ortiz and their family now call home.
